Model DDED and Dragging Equipment Detector

Global Rail Systems Patent Pending Derailment/Dragging Equipment Detector is a cost effective, flexible system to provide detection of dragging equipment or derailments.
Model DDED
The system has the following features:

• Solar stand alone or A/C charged system
• Adjustable redundant proximity sensors provides for additional safety and selectable settings of sensitivity to minimize false detections
• Carbon composite fiber material resistance plates for long life and reliability. Flexible plate configuration allows multiple plates to increase resistance for detection of heavy impacts only.
• 3 slot paddle settings for easy adjustment
• Brass bushings on compression rollers for low maintenance
• Optional presence detector circuits
